Harbinder Behar  BEng(Hons), MSc
Harbinder is a Director of Hounslow Legal Services Ltd. He has over 20 years of direct legal experience  of practicing Immigration And Asylum Law in the UK. He is accredited with the Law Society at Senior Caseworker level.

Harbinder started his career with the Refugee Legal Centre ( Refugee and Migrant Justice) as a caseworker, specialising in asylum and detention work, in 1993. He moved to the Immigration Advisory Service in 2002 as a Supervising Counsellor.   He worked with the Immigration Advisory Service until April 2011. Apart from managing his own caseload he managed a team of counsellors specialising in advocacy work, advisors and paralegals.  He recruited and trained many staff during his employment with the Immigration Advisory Service.

Harbinder has the experience of all aspects of immigration and asylum law. His wide-ranging caseload includes entry clearance applications and appeals, nationality and asylum applications, in-country applications and appeals for further leave to remain in the UK, including under the Skilled Worker categories, human rights applications under article 3 and 8, EUSS applications and appeals.
